Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document technical processes and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for escalations and service requests
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and patch management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and VPN technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
