Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 200+ employees
- Manage Windows 10/11 desktops, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on patch management and vulnerability remediation
- Support office network infrastructure including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems
- Lead hardware refresh projects and lifecycle management for IT assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical degree
- Expert proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site equipment maintenance
