Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 200+ employees
  • Manage Windows 10/11 desktops, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity team on patch management and vulnerability remediation
  • Support office network infrastructure including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi systems
  • Lead hardware refresh projects and lifecycle management for IT assets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical degree
  • Expert proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
