Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Manage hardware/software deployments, patch management, and security protocols
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (VPN, LAN/WAN, wireless systems)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document SOPs and maintain IT asset inventory databases
- Deliver end-user training on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Azure cloud services
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware/software conflicts
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
