Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with SLA adherence
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365) and network systems
- Create technical documentation and conduct user training sessions
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud services, and security best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Austin-based candidates with local tech community ties preferred
