Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and prioritize incident resolution
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems including OS imaging
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and security patch management
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and Office 365
- Conduct user training on new systems and technologies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work occasional non-standard hours
