Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and MFA
- Provide Level 1-2 support via ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote assistance
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with hands-on desktop/server troubleshooting
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
- Experience with cloud migrations and SaaS administration
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
