Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity and system integration
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote management tools
