Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint security tools
- Deploy and maintain IT assets including workstations, servers, and peripherals
- Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL practices
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
