Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 150+ employees
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory, O365, and VPN systems for seamless user access
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Implement security protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Lead on-site IT projects including office moves and equipment upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 certifications required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, O365, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize complex issues
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
