  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Manage Active Directory, O365, and VPN systems for seamless user access
  • Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
  • Document IT processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
  • Implement security protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
  • Lead on-site IT projects including office moves and equipment upgrades

Qualifications
