Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical incidents
- Document IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a Windows environment
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network connectivity, and software issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a hybrid environment
