Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets via ServiceNow and Jira
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop infrastructure (Windows 10/11)
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system health and implement proactive maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
