Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security systems
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network, server, and database troubleshooting
- Lead hardware/software upgrade projects and system migrations
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud migration strategies
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for on-premises and hybrid systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with SLA compliance
