Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Execute security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud services
- Strong analytical skills with diagnostic troubleshooting expertise
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional on-site visits
