Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for 500+ users
- Deploy and configure hardware/software including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
- Manage Active Directory, network printers, and mobile device integration
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of Azure AD and cloud infrastructure basics
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
