Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve service tickets via Jira with SLA adherence
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 environments using SCCM
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Conduct quarterly hardware audits and lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
