Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to corporate clients
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and cloud services
- Create detailed technical documentation and SOPs
- Train end-users on new systems and security best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
