Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage active directory, user accounts, and access permissions
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid California driver's license for on-site support
