Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware/software issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support tickets
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
