Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux environments including Active Directory and cloud services
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Azure/AWS cloud environments and virtualization
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- CCNA or Network+ certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
