Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, VPN configurations, and security protocols
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and system access permissions
- Deploy and maintain software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions
- Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Implement backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS (10/11), macOS, and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in fast-paced environments
