Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using remote and onsite methods
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS environments and cloud services
- Document solutions in ITSM systems and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and threat detection
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/O365) and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
