Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Train employees on security best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Ability to lift 50lbs for hardware maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
