Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, network infrastructure, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security solutions
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software across global offices
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for IT workflows
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Support audio-visual setups for executive meetings and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, GPO, and SCCM
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Preferred: ITIL certification or cybersecurity training
