Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and uptime, escalating critical issues immediately.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and implement security policies within Active Directory.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new software solutions and manage software licensing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
