Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Research & Development: Lead a cross-functional R&D team to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies before commercial deployment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier AI talent, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable roadmaps.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the infrastructure required for large-scale model training and deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Competitive Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the global AI landscape, monitoring emerging trends and competitive threats to keep Nexus Horizon ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML industry.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining product roadmaps and driving business growth through technology innovation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid scaling and technical change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
