Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future market disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present visionary insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Fluency in at least one major programming language (Python preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
