Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market disruption potential
- Lead ideation workshops to identify blue-ocean opportunities and moonshot projects
- Partner with R&D to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on future-focused investments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
