Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions with global stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external partners including research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation ROI through market modeling and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Publish thought leadership pieces to establish organizational authority in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
