Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts for 2026 product ecosystems
- Create compelling future narratives and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and investor presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to co-create future solutions
- Integrate AI-driven analytics with human-centered design to prototype next-generation user experiences
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs using quantitative and qualitative assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, technology roadmapping)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) or foresight methodologies preferred
