Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Deliver strategic recommendations to executive leadership on future-proofing operations and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning workshops for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Establish metrics for measuring innovation ROI and future readiness across the organization
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSI) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects and thought leadership publications
