Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies and systemic change modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful futures projects
- Passion for solving complex, ambiguous challenges
