Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-create 2026-ready technologies
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-facing development initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published foresight work
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
