Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors with compelling data visualization
- Establish KPIs for technology readiness and innovation ROI tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (portfolio of published research preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA strongly preferred)
