- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, neural interfaces, sustainable tech) to identify market disruptors
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for next-gen innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and ESG goals
- Present visionary tech strategies to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
