- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to forecast technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems and research institutions
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, ICF) preferred
