Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of R&D curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience working in agile environments and translating strategy to execution
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
