Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and next-gen cybersecurity frameworks
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and build implementation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity across global operations
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
