- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with engineering, product, and venture teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking across innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for prototyping partnerships
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance frameworks, and sustainable tech
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M with measurable ROI outcomes
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and academic institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
