Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business goals
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to pioneer new tech frontiers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Drive cultural adoption of future-focused thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
