Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Define ethical frameworks and governance policies for emerging technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on future technology integration and adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and future trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
