Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology gap assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of launching innovative products/services
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy) a plus
