Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype systems with commercial viability by 2026
- Identify emerging technologies through market analysis and academic research partnerships
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and venture partnerships
- Present technology visions to global stakeholders at industry summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technology products with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem and academic institutions
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
