Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with industry-disrupting potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor an elite innovation task force of futurists and technologists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-first solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
