- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations with 18-month commercialization cycles

- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects through complex transition periods
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers, patents, and keynote speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futurism
- Deep expertise in SWOT analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published author or patent holder in disruptive technology domains
- Experience leading $50M+ digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global market expansion initiatives
