Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and assess their viability for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Marketing, to prototype and pilot innovative solutions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape, providing strategic recommendations to the C-Suite.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the budget allocation for future tech initiatives and ensure ROI on experimental projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives or defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
