Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI systems
- Architect adaptive infrastructure for edge computing in 6G networks
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough biotech innovations
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon-negative tech solutions

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with 5+ in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing research (3+ successful launches)
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and blockchain scalability solutions
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
