Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to validate feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation planning
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships in emerging tech ecosystems
- Author annual Future Tech Impact reports for board review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
