Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and validate disruptive concepts
- Evaluate feasibility and ROI of next-gen technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies in product development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
