Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with market demands
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects in cutting-edge methodologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD strongly preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier technology journals or conferences
