Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology foresight strategies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead quantum-AI integration projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on emerging tech incubation
- File 15+ patents annually in disruptive tech domains
- Present quarterly technology disruption briefings to C-suite
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in at least three: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global partnerships
